In the 3rd video (you need to opt-in to get to see it but there’s no cost) John talks to Kacper about his fall from fortune into the depths of darkness and despair.

Most of us have been brought to our knees at some time and John’s story of how he found the way out of the darkness is totally inspiring.

This is a true story, not the hype we are all exposed to on a daily basis. John talks about the “voices” he heard and the slow realisation of who he really is. There is a spiritual element to this – John refers to “God” on several occasions but whether you are a “believer” or not the important issue is that there is “something” – a higher being or “guide”; a spirit or energy that we can tap into. The label applied is not so important it’s the understanding that there is power beyond that which we readily understand.

If you are in a bad situation right now I do hope you get something from these videos. I’ve found them inspirational.

I was doing my daily Stumble and a post caught my eye about a major lifestyle change.
